Friday, July 6 (Day 01)
Our tour commences this morning when we assemble at Honolulu Airport for baggage check in procedures. We'll depart Honolulu on Hawaiian Airlines for our direct flight to Portland, the largest city in the state of Oregon. On arrival at the Portland International Airport, we'll transfer to check-in for the night at the Country Inn & Suites located near the airport .

Saturday, July 7 (Day 02)
This morning, we'll visit one of Portland's main attractions - the International Rose Test Garden located in Washington Park. This is the oldest continuously-operating public rose test garden in the United States and exemplifies Portland's nickname "City of Roses". The garden covers four acres and features several tiers of colorful roses, including a breathtaking view of the Cascade Mountains. We'll continue on to enjoy tax-free shopping at the Woodburn Company Stores Outlet Mall, considered the largest outlet mall in the state of Oregon. The mall features many of your favorite name-brand shops such as Coach, Nike, Calvin Klein, and more. We'll spend the night in Woodburn at the Best Western Woodburn Hotel located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Dinner will be on your own this evening.

Sunday, July 8 (Day 03)
We'll continue on our journey to the historic city of Newport in Lincoln County - noted as the 'Dungeness Crab Capital of the World'. We'll spend the night at the Embarcadero Resort & Marina, a rustic marina quietly tucked away at the end of the Historic Bayfront on the central Oregon Coast. Enjoy an exciting afternoon of crabbing on the private crabbing dock here at the marina. Before checking in, we'll make a stop to purchase some steak, sausage, etc. for our family-style dinner this evening. On arrival, we'll clear check-in procedures, then get ready for our exciting crabbing adventure. All equipment to participate on this activity will be provided for you. In the late afternoon, we'll all participate together to prepare and enjoy our special dinner in the private dining hall. Subject to availability, we will cook the crab that we caught to enjoy with our meal this evening.

Monday, July 9 (Day 04)
Beautiful evergreen forests, sparkling lakes and rivers, towering dunes, and the dazzling Pacific Ocean provides some of the most spectacular scenery along the Oregon Coast on our drive to the city of Florence. At Sandland Adventures, enjoy an exciting one-hour ride on a giant dune buggy, covering approximately 8 miles of sand dunes and 2 miles of ocean beach. We'll climb and descend through the most impressive dunes for an unforgettable experience of a lifetime. We'll continue on to spend two exciting nights at the Spirit Mountain Casino & Lodge, nestled in the heart of Yamhill County in the city of Grand Ronde. Noted as Oregon's #1 gaming destination, Spirit Mountain Casino has it all - hot slots, tempting table games, including live keno and bingo to test your luck and find your fortune. Dinner will be provided for you this evening at the hotel.

Tuesday, July 10 (Day 05)
We'll arrange for anyone interested to join an optional half-day shopping adventure at the Lincoln City Outlet Mall. Many name brand shops such as Under Armour, Gap, Eddie Bauer and Bath & Body Works are featured at the mall (formerly known as the Tanger Outlet Mall). We'll return to the casino to enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Try your luck at some of the gaming tables, slot machines, live keno, or bingo games. Dinner will be on your own this evening.

Wednesday, July 11 (Day 06)
We'll travel to the city of Tillamook located in the heart of Tillamook County on the spectacular Oregon Coast, home of the Tillamook Cheese Factory. At the Visitor's Center, some of their cheese products will be available for us to sample. Enjoy the various flavors of their oh-so-creamy ice cream available for purchase. We'll continue on to view the Astoria Column, a tower located in the city of Astoria overlooking the mouth of the Columbia River on Coxcomb Hill. This 125-foot concrete and steel structure was built in 1926 and features an interior spiral staircase ascending to an observation deck at the top. The tower was modeled after the Trajan Column in Rome and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. We'll continue on to spend the next three nights at the Country Inn & Suites in Portland. Before checking in, a delicious buffet dinner will be provided for you at a local restaurant.

Thursday, July 12 (Day 07)
Our journey continues on to enjoy an exciting fishing adventure at the Rainbow Trout Farm in Sandy, a city located in Clackamas County. The farm is surrounded with acres of trees and landscaped fishing ponds brimming with juicy, plump rainbow trout - just waiting for us. All equipment necessary to participate on this fishing adventure will be provided for you. We'll prepare our own catch and together with some additional food items, enjoy a family-style cook-out lunch at the farm. We'll continue on to visit Multnomah Falls, an impressive waterfall noted as the 'granddaddy' of the 77 falls located on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge. The falls drops down in two tiers and splits to an upper and lower section with a gradual drop in elevation between the two falls. An arched bridge spans across the lower section of the falls. We'll visit the Bonneville Fish Hatchery, built in 1909 in conjunction with the construction of the Bonneville Dam and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. Its mission was to supplement the natural production of anadromous fish in the Columbia River watershed. The hatchery raises fall and spring chinook, coho, and summer and winter steelhead salmon including 40 different species of birds. Enjoy a self-guided tour of the facility to learn about the history of salmon spawning. At the Sturgeon Viewing Center located nearby, you can meet Herman the Sturgeon, who stands approximately 10 feet long, weighs approximately 425 pounds, and is over 60 years old. We'll return to our hotel in Portland for the night. Dinner will be on your own this evening.

Friday, July 13 (Day 08)
This morning, we'll stop at a market to purchase our lunch (own expense) to enjoy at the fruit farm. We'll travel to Parkdale with the beautiful Mt. Hood as a backdrop to Montavons Berries - a family-operated fruit farm located on the fruit loop, an area with abundant farms. Enjoy a fun-filled fruit-picking experience to pick some delicious, healthy, antioxidant-rich blueberries and sweet, juicy, bountiful cherries (subject to availability). We may be able to bring some home to share with your family and friends. Dinner will be on your own this evening.

Saturday, July 14 (Day 09)
This morning, we'll transfer to the Portland International Airport to check-in for our direct flight home to Honolulu.
