Saturday, July 8 (Day 01)
HONOLULU TO PORTLAND, OREGON
Our tour commences this morning when we assemble at Honolulu Airport for baggage check in procedures. We'll depart Honolulu on Hawaiian Airlines for our flight to Portland, the largest city in the state of Oregon. On arrival at the Portland International Airport, we'll transfer to check-in for the night at the Country Inn & Suites located near the airport .

Sunday, July 9 (Day 02)
PORTLAND * WOODBURN (B)
This morning, we'll visit one of Portland's main attractions - the International Rose Test Garden located in Washington Park. This is the oldest continuously-operating public rose test garden in the United States and exemplifies Portland's nickname "City of Roses". The garden covers four acres and features several tiers of colorful roses, including a breathtaking view of the Cascade Mountains. We'll continue on to spend the night at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Woodburn, located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. The highlight of the city is the Woodburn Company Stores Outlet, considered the largest outlet mall in the state of Oregon and largest tax-free outlet mall in the western part of the United States. The mall is located within walking distance of the hotel and features many of your favorite name-brand shops such as Coach, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and more. Dinner will be on your own this evening.

Monday, July 10 (Day 03)
WOODBURN * EMBARCADERO RESORT & MARINA, NEWPORT (B)(D)
We'll continue on our journey to spend the night at the Embarcadero Resort & Marina, a picturesque resort quietly tucked away at the end of the Historic Bayfront on the central Oregon Coast in the historic city of Newport in Lincoln County. Newport is noted as the 'Dungeness Crab Capital of the World'. En-route, we'll make a stop at a market to purchase some additional food items to prepare for our family-style dinner this evening. On arrival at the Embarcadero Resort & Marina, we'll check-in, then prepare for an exciting afternoon of crabbing on the private crabbing & fishing dock of the marina. All equipment to participate on this fun crabbing adventure will be provided for you. We'll all join in to prepare our catch and other food items for our special cook-out dinner this evening in the private meeting hall.

Tuesday, July 11 (Day 04)
NEWPORT * SPIRIT MOUNTAIN CASINO & LODGE, GRAND RONDE (D)
Beautiful evergreen forests, sparkling lakes and rivers, towering dunes, and the dazzling Pacific Ocean provides some of the most spectacular scenery in the city of Florence located along the Oregon Coast. At Sandland Adventures, excitement, informative, scenic, and fun describes our one-hour ride on a giant dune buggy, covering approximately 8 miles of dunes and 2 miles of ocean beach. We'll climb and descend through the most beautiful, impressive dunes for an unforgettable experience of a lifetime. Enjoy a visit of the Oregon Coast Aquarium, a world-class marine educational attraction nestled on beautiful Yaquina Bay in Newport. Immerse yourself in the mysteries of the ocean as you stroll through the aquarium - a center of excellence for ocean literacy. We'll continue on to spend two exciting nights at the Spirit Mountain Casino & Lodge, nestled in the heart of Yamhill County in the city of Grand Ronde. Noted as Oregon's #1 gaming destination, Spirit Mountain Casino has it all - hot slots, tempting table games, including live keno and bingo to test your luck and find your fortune. Dinner will be provided for you this evening at the hotel.

Wednesday, July 12 (Day 05)
SPIRIT MOUNTAIN CASINO & LODGE
This morning, we'll arrange for anyone interested to enjoy a half-day shopping adventure at the Lincoln City Outlet Mall. Many name brand shops such as Under Armour, Ambercrombie & Fitch, Gap, and Bath & Body Works are featured at the mall (formerly known as the Tanger Outlet Mall). We'll return to the casino to enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Try your luck at some of the gaming tables, slot machines, live keno, or bingo games. Dinner will be on your own this evening.

Thursday, July 13 (Day 06)
SPIRIT MOUNTAIN CASINO & LODGE * PORTLAND (D)
We'll travel to the city of Tillamook located in the heart of Tillamook County on the spectacular Oregon Coast, home of the Tillamook Cheese Factory, part of the Tillamook County Creamery Association. Enjoy an interesting self-guided tour to get a close-up view to see how cheese is produced. We'll also have an opportunity to enjoy a taste of the many flavors of oh-so-creamy ice cream at the factory. We'll continue on to view the Astoria Column, a tower located in the city of Astoria overlooking the mouth of the Columbia River on Coxcomb Hill. This 125-foot concrete and steel structure was built in 1926 and features an interior spiral staircase ascending to an observation deck at the top. The tower was modeled after the Trajan Column in Rome and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. We'll continue on to spend the next three nights at the Country Inn & Suites in Portland. A delicious buffet dinner will be provided for you this evening at a local restaurant.

Friday, July 14 (Day 07)
PORTLAND (B)(L)
Our journey continues on to enjoy an exciting fishing adventure at the Rainbow Trout Farm in Sandy, a city located in Clackamas County. The farm is surrounded with acres of trees, meadows, breathtaking rhododendrons, and beautifully landscaped fishing holes in the ponds brimming with juicy, plump rainbow trout - just waiting for us. All equipment necessary to participate on this fishing experience will be provided for you. We'll prepare our catch together with some additional food items and enjoy a fun family-style cook-out lunch in the garden area of the farm. We'll continue on to visit Multnomah Falls, an impressive waterfall noted as the 'granddaddy' of the 77 falls located on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge. The falls drops down in two tiers and splits into an upper and lower falls with a gradual drop in elevation between the two. An arched bridge spans across the lower section of the falls. We'll visit the Bonneville Fish Hatchery, built in 1909 in conjunction with the construction of the Bonneville Dam and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. It's mission was to supplement the natural production of anadromous fish in the Columbia River watershed. The hatchery raises fall and spring chinook, coho, and summer and winter steelhead salmon including 40 different species of birds. Enjoy a video and a self-guided tour of the facility to learn about the history of salmon spawning. At the Sturgeon Viewing Center located nearby, you can meet Herman the Sturgeon, who stands approximately 10 feet long, 425 pounds, and over 60 years old. Dinner will be on your own this evening.

Saturday, July 15 (Day 08)
PORTLAND (B)(D)
This morning, we'll travel to Parkdale with the beautiful Mt. Hood as a backdrop to Montavons Berries - a family-operated fruit farm to enjoy a fun-filled fruit-picking experience. Enjoy picking some delicious, healthy, antioxidant-rich blueberries and sweet, juicy, bountiful cherries (subject to availability). We may be able to bring some home to share with your family and friends. We'll make a stop at a market to purchase our lunch (own expense) to enjoy at a relaxing out-door picnic area at the farm. Dinner will be provided for you this evening at a local restaurant.

Sunday, July 16 (Day 09)
PORTLAND TO HONOLULU (B)
This morning, we'll transfer to the Portland International Airport to check-in for our direct flight home to Honolulu, arriving in the early afternoon.
