Wednesday, October 5 (Day 01)
HONOLULU TO CHICAGO TO MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA
Our tour commences this afternoon when we assemble at the United Airlines lobby at the airport for baggage check in procedures. We'll depart Honolulu on United Airlines for Minneapolis, Minnesota via a brief stopover in Chicago.

Thursday, October 6 (Day 02)
ARRIVE MINNEAPOLIS - BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA
On arrival at the Minneapolis International Airport, we'll board our chartered motor coach to begin our journey. We'll visit MINNEHAHA PARK, one of the oldest and most popular parks in Minneapolis, featuring its main attraction MINNEHAHA FALLS. In addition to its natural beauty, Minnehaha Park is also home to several sculptures, including a mask of Chief Little Crow positioned near the falls. The mask commemorates the chief who was killed the year following the 1862 Dakota conflict, an area sacred to the native Americans. We'll spend three nights at the Crowne Plaza Suites Minneapolis Airport - Mall of America.

Friday, October 7 (Day 03)
BLOOMINGTON - AUSTIN - BLOOMINGTON (B)
This morning, we'll travel south for our visit to the HORMEL INSTITUTE, a world leader in cancer prevention research through the study of food agents and cell functions. Their goal is to identify anti-cancer agents that are non-toxic with no ill side-effects. We'll also experience a 3-D simulation of molecules. We'll continue our journey to the new SPAM MUSEUM, opening in Austin in May 2016. This is one of Minnesota's top attractions featuring audios, videos and displays depicting the rich history of Hormel Foods. Learn the story behind the creation of Spam, see their fun exhibits, and taste samples of the Hawaiian Steak. They may even test our knowledge about SPAM.

Saturday, October 8 (Day 04)
BLOOMINGTON - WABASHA - BLOOMINGTON (B)
We'll drive south this morning to Wabasha to visit the NATIONAL EAGLE CENTER where we'll learn the history of bald and golden eagles, issues they face, and their habitats. After viewing the live eagles and informational displays, take a picture standing next to a live eagle. Our next visit is at the MILLS CITY MUSEUM, located on the historic Mississippi Riverfront and built into the ruins of what was once the world's largest flour mill (Gold Medal Flour). We'll learn about the intertwined histories of the flour industry, the river, and the city of Minneapolis.

Sunday, October 9 (Day 05)
BLOOMINGTON - WISCONSIN RAPIDS - WISCONSIN DELLS, WISCONSIN (B)
We'll depart Minnesota and enter the state of Wisconsin where we'll receive an informative session on the history of cranberries and how they are grown and harvested at the GLACIAL LAKE CRANBERRIES, one of the oldest cranberry marshes in central Wisconsin. We'll tour their cranberry operations and get up-close to see the red cranberry marshes. We'll head south for our next attraction on a horse drawn carriage at the LOST CANYON, the longest and deepest land canyon in Wisconsin. We'll ride through a mile of magnificent cliff-walled gorges, and in some areas, sheer rock and sandstone walls have not felt the touch of the sun in more than 50,000 years. We'll spend two nights at the Springhill Suites by Marriott Wisconsin Dells.

Monday, October 10 (Day 6)
WISCONSIN DELLS (B)
This morning, we'll enjoy a hay wagon ride at the COUNTRY BUMPKIN FARM. We'll ride through their pumpkin patch with fun stops along the way and even get a taste of the fresh fruits or vegetables in the fields. There are many activities to enjoy and we may even get a chance to throw a pumpkin on their catapult. Our next visit will be a boat tour of the WISCONSIN RIVER UPPER DELLS, an awesome journey through beautiful scenery, history, and legend. We'll experience the natural beauty, wonder, and mystery of Wisconsin Dells featuring some of the area's most striking signature sandstone cliffs. Explore the hidden passages and witness incredible sights on two exclusive shore landings at Witches Gulch and Stand Rock, site of the world famous Dog Leap.

Tuesday, October 11 (Day 07)
WISCONSIN DELLS - MILWAUKEE - SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS (B)
Enjoy a scenic drive to the MILWAUKEE PUBLIC MARKET, Milwaukee's most unique food destination, bursting with one-of-a kind selections of artisan and ethnic products including a variety of freshly made foods. We'll go on a fun tour of the JELLY BELLY CANDY COMPANY. Hop on board the Jelly Bean Express Train as we travel down 'Candy Alley', featuring a variety of stations with large screen monitors showing the company's history of candy making and how they make candy corn, jelly beans, and gummies. We will spend three nights at the Homewood Suites by Hilton - Schaumburg.

Wednesday, October 12 (Day 08)
SCHAUMBURG - CHICAGO - SCHAUMBURG (B)
This morning, we'll visit the CHICAGO MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY, the largest science museum in the western hemisphere. Among its diverse and expansive exhibits, the museum features a full-size replica of a coal mine, a German submarine (U-505) captured during World War II, a 3,500-square foot model railroad, the first diesel-powered streamlined stainless-steel passenger train, and the Apollo 8 spacecraft that carried the first humans to orbit the moon.

Thursday, October 13 (Day 09)
SCHAUMBURG - CHICAGO - SCHAUMBURG (B)(L)
We'll enjoy an exciting and tasty adventure as we sample our way through Chicago's most popular food scene at CHICAGO FAVORITES FOOD TOUR. Enjoy Chicago's deep dish pizza, and indulge in a brownie from the folks who invented it. This leisure walking tour will show some of the most beautiful sites in downtown Chicago from Millennium Park to the lobby of the Palmer House and the Chicago Riverwalk. All fitness levels will enjoy the leisurely walking pace.

Friday, October 14 (Day 10)
CHICAGO - LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (D)
We'll transfer to the O'Hare International Airport to check-in for our flight to Las Vegas to spend three exciting nights at the California Hotel and Casino. Meal coupons will be provided for you during your three night stay.

Saturday, October 15 (Day 11)

This morning, we'll arrange a half day private shuttle to shop at Trader Joe's for some omiyage to bring home. We'll also enjoy an adventure to visit a couple of casinos outside of downtown and the strip.
